The Crescent in West Hollywood is amazing. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and love it. The units are fully equipped and updated, there's a ton of amenities (a heated pool, cabanas, gym, bbqs, outdoor theater), and the location can't be beat; it's super walkable, everything you could ever want is 1or 2 blocks away. If something doesn't work, they fix it right away. Most importantly, management is friendly and always there to help. Special shout out to Sarah Roman and Tamara Thomas, they're the best. If you're looking to move to WeHo, look no further.

This is going into my second year living here, and it's one of my favorite places I've lived my adult life. The apartments themselves are well kept up, and the new exterior color scheme is lovely. The complex is peaceful (for being in a city), especially for being in the middle of WeHo. Management is great (Sarah is amazing!) and they offer building activities like movie night for the residents, in addition to keeping the place safe and well taken care of. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly, and take care of any requests so fast. I appreciate how low-stress this makes living here.

I had always wanted to tour this property and when Sara, the community manager, showed it to me I immediately fell in love with it. I applied for an apartment right away and the whole process was so smooth and quick. I wanted to take a moment to write this review since I lived in this condo for a long time and I have seen some bad reviews and I wont discredit them BACK then, at that time. But now, If you're considering move in, let me take a moment and write this for your sake. TCWH has a new building manager, Sara. Sara is simply outstanding. Right from the beginning, she's been all about open communication and quick responses. It's such a relief to have a manager who's so approachable and attentive. I've also seen a wonderful transformation in the overall appearance of the building under Sara's leadership. Everything looks so well-maintained and inviting. The best part about Sara is her genuine care. She's not just doing her job—she's invested in our community for real, from tiny details that are so helpful for us in our daily basis lives to organizing fun events, having those friendly hallway chats, she's fostering a real sense of belonging and home. It's heartwarming to see that kind of dedication. Her proactive approach, dedication to our needs, and her friendly attitude have made our building even better. Let alone every time I needed her help like this past week and she was an angel helping me sorting things out. She really wants to fix everything. She's making the living experience exceptional over there. I told her I'm sorry work had me moving out, because i'd have loved living under her management. You will love this community, specially now, with her taking care of the condo.

This apartment complex is hands down the best I've lived in. Maintenance is quick, and the leasing team is always on top of things. The place has a great vibe, and being close to downtown is a bonus. The rooms are solid and keep noise out. Plus, they've got security at night that you can easily reach out to. Sarah, the manager, is awesome – she's really involved and cares about everyone here.

I've been living in this apartment complex for about a month now, and I must say that Sarah, the apartment manager, has been absolutely fantastic. She responded promptly to my inquiries during the application process, and even after moving in, she continues to be readily available whenever I have a question or concern. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes it easy to discuss any issues I may have. Also, maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. When I had an issue with the laundry machine, the maintenance team was at my door the very next day, and the problem was fixed promptly. The resort style property features newly renovated units complimented with high-end appliances, fireplaces, and an overall essence of luxury. Upon move-in I was notified of a complication with the USPS mailboxes that is out of the property management’s control. The Crescent property manager, Sarah Roman, has developed a secure and effective solution for resident’s to retrieve their mail. Upon move-in I encountered a few minor issues with my unit and the property team (Sarah, Desiree, Chewi, and Luis) immediately took action to fulfill my needs as a new resident. The sparkling clean salt water pool, cabanas, and well-equipped gym make The Crescent West Hollywood your next home.

Please consider that the following review is based on a one month living experience at The Crescent and I plan on leaving a check-in review at a later time and upon lease completion. The units at The Crescent are thoughtfully designed and provide an essence of luxury. Each unit is furnished with attractive modern appliances, fireplaces, and large outdoor spaces. This pet-friendly community offers an incredibly refreshing and sparkling clean outdoor heated salt water pool, cabanas, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, the fire pit, and outdoor film screening areas are not working at this time. Upon move-in I was told the USPS mailboxes would be replaced within 6 weeks as the previous boxes were vandalized. Thankfully, the management office is doing a great job taking care of residents by hand sorting mountains of mail and notifying residents until further notice. Once moved-in, I kindly made management aware of issues that came up within the first 2 days and thankfully, Sarah Roman took care of these problems immediately. Sarah, Desiree, and Chewi are a few of the large property staff and have so far done an excellent job in welcoming me home to resort chic stylistic living in West Hollywood.

We've lived here for 6 years now and we love it! The apartments are great with lots a nice amenities. The pool is fantastic and very social. Great place for young professionals. The new building manager, Sarah Roman, is wonderful! She's super responsive, takes care of issues really fast, and really goes out of her way to know people. I had a package that got left outside in front of the building by a delivery driver instead of in our package lockers and she came and delivered it to my door personally. It makes it feel like such a nice community to live in, even in a large building.

I’ve being living at The Crescent West Hollywood for five years now. I love this place.I’ve seeing people coming and goes. Like any other building have it’s problems, but from my side has always being pleasant. The facilities is always clean and if you have any problem in your unit, It’s always fixed really fast. The building is pet friendly. In the weekends the pool is really fun. People are polite and friendly. The gym is always clean and organized. It’s safe with covered garage and door codes. If I had to change anything would be the back elevator waiting area. But is a good price for West Hollywood. The building is close to everything. One block away from grocery stores. I love here.

This place is, in short, amazing. This is my 7th (!!) apartment that I've lived in in Los Angeles, and it's by far the best. Some of the highlights: - Awesome amenities like a pool (that gets sun most of the day!), gym, and in-unit laundry - Great people! Since COVID restrictions have recently lifted, I've met some really fun people at the pool on weekends — and now I have a huge group of friends from right inside the complex! Very LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ - Speedy maintenance: we ALWAYS get our service requests completed within a day or so, and they're always completed to our satisfaction - Lovely location: There are SO many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. within walking distance of this place. Situated right between Sunset and Santa Monica, so anything your heart desires is just a 5 minute walk away. If I had to think of a low-light, it's that the in-unit washer/dryer doesn't have The Best drying functionality. But there is also a massive on-site laundry room that can take care of drying bulkier items. Also, the parking spots are a little tight, but parking is provided for all units. Overall, an amazing place to live, especially for anyone mid 20s - 30s. Please reference this photo of my roommate at the pool for a taste of this apartment's ~*vibe*~

Just moved here recently and have to say this is a great apartment building. The Crescent is in a fantastic area of West Hollywood, as the surrounding neighborhood is safe, wholesome, and so far very quiet. Apartments directly adjacent to the Crescent are twice the cost (seriously, double). The complex itself is well maintained and the cleaning crew, who are the real MVP's, keep the hallways immaculate. Varying age group in the community, but for the most part it seems to be young professionals. If you are working in the area, I would certainly recommend living here.

I loved the place. ADM employees, cleaning, maintenance, everything. Quite community, respectful people, and pet friendly. Besides, there's a laundry area too, with more than 10 washer/dryer machines. And the neighborhood just amazing. A Must visit place, if you're considering move in!

Through almost 3 years of my stay at the Crescent many positive things have happened and some others may have resulted a little uncomfortable to deal with as usual in any living space. I have to give credit to the Regional Manager Miss Tamara Thomas whose skills to listen and flexibly wear tenants shoes made my life easier while a transition from one management company to the new one . She finds solutions to problems. Currently things seem to be improving , apt complex is being enhanced as many newly renovated units are very cool and they still have old ones that are good too! The building has a lovely outdoor pool space , pool is heated and in a generous space , with 2 BBQs and lounge chairs , amazing. Cons :They do have internet in common areas but it has not worked in months yet not sufficient lighting at night to provide safe cooking to avoid kids or tenants safely walk around areas. Must admit that many of the comments here are pluffing and I try to be as realistic as possible . Location is brilliant , the Gym is very nice and the neighbors kind and sweet and cleaning has improved a lot and we have new security from 10 pm to 5 am , greatly done! Things to improve that I am sure it will be : Parking handicap spaces they should add 1 more and guest spaces are limited taking into account how many amazing guests come to spend good times Elevators should be updated a few people has been trapped ., tenants incentives: the have to disclose referal bonus on their web site or be more specific with the terms and conditions which seem to be in the air . Management: They are on it and i give credit for the amazing work , supervision and multitasking , quite exceptional. Nonetheless They have to address the tenants nicer and be a little more comprehensive towards our needs. Due to their great progress i rate them generously 4 star.

I recently moved to the Crescent and I have to say, it was a great decision for me. Thus far everyone, from Jeff at the leasing office to the maintenance guy have been extremely helpful. The apartments feel so cozy and private, yet the community is sprawling. Everyone is extremely friendly. Neighbors thus far are respectful, welcoming, some even friendly and some very much fun. The building is quiet and peaceful, the pool and barbecue area, actually everything is super clean and neighbors keep it that way. I've had to call maintenance twice to fix a couple of issues and they fixed them immediately, within a few hours, were extremely friendly and got the job done with no need to call them again. I'm looking forward to being here and I am enjoying it thus far quite a bit. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located, very nice, very friendly, respectful, quiet but fun building.

I've lived at The Crescent for over 2 years and it's been great! A great community feel, nice amenities, and apartments. The pool is my favorite daily hangout and the gym is small but perfect and never too crowded. The staff is super nice and very responsive to any issues that come up, would highly recommend.

I’ve been living here for four months now. Good place to live. If we ever have an issue, we send an email and it usually gets revolved within 3-5 business days. The apartment complex is kept clean, and the residents are decent human beings. I’m not sure about the one-star reviews; it looks like they were written by really angry and unreasonable people.

i suppose my long tenancy here speaks the most volume - going on 8 years now and have lived in both 1 BR models and a 2BR. what i love - location, pool, parking, central air/heat, in-unit laundry, dog friendly, auto-pay rent online, easy maintenance portal request, wine fridge, package locker service. gym is small but clean and solid. i have seen a lot of onsite managers/maintenance come and go, and while i don't think i've ever really needed anything out of the ordinary, they are always courteous. things i don't love - the pricing system from AIMCO for rent, mostly - based on ?market anticipation and getting a year or longer lease is not always the most economical; rent also used to jump what seemed like more than cost of living rate (up to 10-15%/yr in the past) but that seems to have tempered. Reception not staffed 24/7 and security seems inconsistent, but i have always personally felt safe. all and all, it's been a great home for me in LA :)

Recently moved into the Crescent (about 2 months ago) and I have to say, it's been exactly what I was promised. The amenities both available to the community and within your units are exceptional. Most importantly, the Maintenance manager is quick to handle any needs, nothing has taken longer than 48 hours to fix and they make sure to leave everything as it was (except for the issue they fixed of course :) ). The leasing manager, Barry, has been super helpful too, and completely unknown to us, they have updated/remodeled the Fitness center. I highly recommend this community given what I said above and the fact that it's so centrally located in West Hollywood.
