Sarah is amazing and always answers texts and calls. Richie is the nicest- he always speaks and he remembers the residents from the Initial meetings. This is truly a great team, including Luis who addressed my maintenance issues the same day. Great job guys!

I had always wanted to tour this property and when Sara, the community manager, showed it to me I immediately fell in love with it. I applied for an apartment right away and the whole process was so smooth and quick. Sara even helped me with my move in, she is always incredibly sweet, responsive and goes above and beyond for her residents! The apartments are renovated, clean and so beautiful. All the neighbors I've met so far are very welcoming and tell me im going to love living here, and I already do!!

This is a great community to live in everyone I’ve come across is friendly and welcoming especially the new manager Sarah. She was very helpful and informative in my tour.

I’ve been living at the Crescent for a little over two years, and Sarah is amazing. A lot of the negative reviews are from before she took over as Community Manager. She is kind, professional, and great at dealing with issues. The actual units are in good condition, and maintenance issues are swiftly resolved. I’ve really enjoyed living here!

I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The leasing process was seamless and the community manager was a great resource during move-in. The apartment is in excellent condition (new appliances and finishes), and the building's amenities (garage, pool, package lockers, etc) make it a super convenient place to live. Highly recommend.

Home sweet home! We just moved into our new apartment at The Crescent and the management and maintenance team were so friendly, helpful and accommodating every step of the way. The community feel is awesome and we’ve been really enjoying the pool and bbq/cabana area this summer. So grateful to call The Crescent our home! 🌙
