I have been residing at Crescent for over a year, and I am extremely satisfied with the wonderful community it offers. The maintenance and management team here is exceptional. Sarah, the manager, has been incredibly supportive and attentive to the needs of the residents. Whenever there's an issue, she promptly and compassionately addresses it.

Sarah is amazing and always answers texts and calls. Richie is the nicest- he always speaks and he remembers the residents from the Initial meetings. This is truly a great team, including Luis who addressed my maintenance issues the same day. Great job guys!

I had always wanted to tour this property and when Sara, the community manager, showed it to me I immediately fell in love with it. I applied for an apartment right away and the whole process was so smooth and quick. Sara even helped me with my move in, she is always incredibly sweet, responsive and goes above and beyond for her residents! The apartments are renovated, clean and so beautiful. All the neighbors I've met so far are very welcoming and tell me im going to love living here, and I already do!!

This is a great community to live in everyone I’ve come across is friendly and welcoming especially the new manager Sarah. She was very helpful and informative in my tour.

I’ve been living at the Crescent for a little over two years, and Sarah is amazing. A lot of the negative reviews are from before she took over as Community Manager. She is kind, professional, and great at dealing with issues. The actual units are in good condition, and maintenance issues are swiftly resolved. I’ve really enjoyed living here!

I’ve been there since 2021 and the building is great, Trevor the manager is great and friendly and the cleaning lady, Yolanda is so friendly and hard working. I’m pretty sure we used to have more than one person before but she keeps it maintained every day.
