I lived at the Crescent for 4 years and loved it. Trever, the building manager is awesome and is always so helpful and on top of things! I hope to return in the future. The maintenance guys were always the best as well!!

wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for our Porter/Housekeeper, Yolanda. In the five years that I have lived at The Crescent, I have never seen the community maintained so immaculately. From the garbage and garage areas being thoroughly cleaned and hosed down to the main lobby, windows, pool area, gym, glass doors, elevators, mail room, laundry room, hallways, and stairwells, Yolanda consistently does an exceptional job. This does not even include the care she provides to the bathrooms and main office areas. Yolanda is efficient, hardworking, professional, and takes great pride in her work. Her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining our community are evident every day. As a resident, I truly appreciate all of Yolanda’s efforts and her commitment to making The Crescent a clean, welcoming, and pleasant place to live. Her hard work does not go unnoticed, and I believe she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does for our community. Yolanda is our 4th Porter/Housekeeper, she is Exceptional!!

Excellent service

I’ve been there since 2021 and the building is great, Trevor the manager is great and friendly and the cleaning lady, Yolanda is so friendly and hard working. I’m pretty sure we used to have more than one person before but she keeps it maintained every day.
